FOLIO community documentation for Orders includes the permissions required to interact with the app, and that determine what you can or cannot do within the app.
You can assign permissions to users in the Users app. If none of these permissions are assigned to a user, then they will be unable to see the Orders app or any related information.
Orders: Assign acquisition units to new order. This permission allows the user to assign acquisition units to orders when creating a new order.
Orders: Create order lines. This permission allows the user to create new order lines. With this permission, the user can also view and edit existing order lines. Additionally, they can view order settings.
