Bibs/Instances and MARC Holdings/FOLIO Holdings
The Five Colleges has chosen to follow the community mappings and minimize customization regarding MARC bib to FOLIO instance transformation and MARC holdings to FOLIO holdings. The FOLIO Services by Ebsco (FSE) json rules are pulled from the default community rules.

Aleph Items to FOLIO Items
Item record field mapping is not defined by the community. Members of IWG reviewed Aleph item record fields and the available FOLIO item record fields. FOLIO has very few item record fields compared to Aleph. The mapping spreadsheet is attached to this page.
