The majority of our batch loads are done directly into discovery using FTP to upload files to the custom catalogs. This is a temporary solution until functionality in FOLIO is able to deal with the ephemeral nature of batch loaded eResources. Below are links to the documentation used to track and manage batch loading into discovery.

FOLIO Collections: List of collections migrated to FOLIO from Aleph, their container codes, which schools have access and reference person to contact for questions
EDS Databases: List of former Aleph collections that now have metadata and linking enabled in EDS. This isn’t a complete list of all items enabled in EDS for each school.
Custom Catalog Location Phrase for 5C Batch Loaded Collections: This is the list of location phrases that go into the MARC field 852 subfield b. This list needs to reflect the 5C Discovery Location Lookup Table.
Proxy Prefixes and Link Text: This is the list of current proxy prefixes and the link text for each school.
Use and Restrictions on Access Language: This is the list of the language used in the MARC field 506 1\$a.
Genre Term Language: List of genre terms needed in the MARC files for import.
Minimal Metadata Criteria: Overview of the minimal metadata needed for records that are imported including guidance on how to name files.
Custom Catalog Load Process Steps: Detail of the steps taken to import marc records into the custom catalog.
