  1. External system ID = Library Barcode (210009###)@hampshire.edu
    This is required for users to see their account information in Discover.

  2. OpenAthens Account - email (jlblo@hampshire.edu) or Slack @Jen Bolmarcich when a new community user is created in FOLIO.
