Borrowing & Doc Del Loan Hold for Pickup + FOLIO

Patrons are prompted to confirm or update their mailing address and preference between Mail to Address or Hold for Pickup once a year. These are instructions for Loan requests from UMass patrons where the patron has marked their account Hold for Pickup, and you find that the item is held by UMass or in the 5C.

If a patron added a note that they actually need the item mailed, change their Loan Delivery Method to Mail to Address and follow the instructions in Library Express Requesting & Shipping Workflow + FOLIO.docx.
