Resetting your password

After the Sunflower upgrade, all users will need to set a new password.

 

  1. On the FOLIO log in page, Select “Forgot Password?” link

  1. You will be prompted to enter your email, username or phone number . Enter your email or username

  2. Within 1-2 minutes, you will get an email from noreply@libraries.fivecolleges.edu with the subject line “Reset your FOLIO account password”. Follow the “Reset your password” link to set a new password.

The link to reset your password will be valid for 10 minutes. If you do not reset your password within 10 minutes, you will have to request a new link. This can be done with the “Request a new link” link in the email or selecting “Forgot password?” again from the FOLIO log in page

If your email address is assigned to multiple users in FOLIO, you will not be able to use the “Forgot password?” link. You must contact your user admin.

 

This only applies to logging into FOLIO. It will not affect logging into your Discover account or any other connected service.
