Electronic Resource Management (ERM)

eResource Management now lives natively in FOLIO rather than in a separate system. The FOLIO ERM Apps allow you to do the following:

• Create and manage agreements

• Create and manage licenses

• Manage your library’s electronic resources

• Manage content form an external knowledgebase (eHoldings/HLM)

Parts of the ERM apps have been customized by the Five Colleges. These configurations are defined by FERM and implemented in the Agreements, eHoldings, Organizations and Licenses areas of the FOLIO Settings app. Additional functionality is available in the Dashboard App.
