NENS Categories With Library Privileges

NENS Overview

NENS (Non-Employee Non-Student) individuals are people with some association with the university without being Employees or Students. There are many NENS categories that individuals are separated into depending on the nature of their relationship with the university.

In order to remain in compliance with our contracts with e-resource vendors, there are differences between the lists of NENS categories with privileges to borrow physical materials and those with the ability to access our e-resources from off-campus.

Borrowing Physical Material

This spreadsheet lists the NENS categories with borrowing privileges for our physical materials:

Any folks in the NENS categories with a Y (highlighted in yellow) in column 'M' have physical lending access.
