Moving Holdings and Items to Another Instance

Moving SEL items from an incorrect to a correct Instance record : do not do this process if you see an order record attached to the record. In the Inventory pane, scroll down to Acquisitions and open the accordion. If you see a line that says POL- , stop and contact Ann, Jennifer or Scott for assistance

Reinstating withdrawn items

Retaining and Deleting Records : this is for more complicated deletions or withdrawals, when we need to retain the record for state auditing purposes
